How to get perfect, smooth lips

Hello Ravingbeauties x
So i suffer with really dry lips and have tried everything to stop them from being so chapped but its literally impossible. So wearing a really matte bright lipstick is hard for me. But i have found something that makes my lips so smooth and moisturized and ready for any lipstick, which i really want to share with you.
So here we go...
top left- Vaseline Lip Therapy with Aloe Vera | Superdrug | £1.79 | bottom right- an old toothbrush
You will need:
Vaseline Lip Therapy with Aloe Vera
An old toothbrush

First get your old toothbrush and wash it thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of Vaseline to the toothbrush bristles and a thick layer to your lips. Now begin to brush your lips with the toothbrush. I recommend doing it for at least 2 minutes for a really smooth effect but, you can do it for as much or as little time as you want. I normally then apply another thin layer of Vaseline before i apply my lipstick just so the lipstick goes on smoothly, and then your good to go. Now you lips will look and feel great.

    This is so helpful i have the same problem, my lips are always dry and cracking. I will try this next time i wanna wear a red matt!
